What you say?

He moves pretty well and looks fluid. He's not real big.

I know you want to just say Tweener, but is he more Small forward than tweener?
 
Power forward, 100%. But a mobile, smart, and versatile one.

If Bill Walton can play a 3rd banana role in a front-court, so can Lyles.

I think he's better as the new age mobile playmaking PF.
 
19 years old that hasn't filled out yet. 6'10 with a 7'1" wing span is small now? Really confused why this is even a question. Power forward without question.

He looked smaller than that Euro he was up against tonight and even that guy wasn't that big or tall.

Depends on how he fills out.

I mean he's not real big as in his presence, shoulder width, and bulkyness.

Seems kinda slight in the upper body.

Just saying man

Not mad. Just looks a lot like Hayward did at that age. Most people thought Hayward was always going to be to skinny and not able to put on bulk to play SF in the league. Yet look at how he as turned out.

Just to soon to at the age Lyles is at to determine if he well bulk out or not.

That Euro Aldemar is listed as 6'10 also according to draft express. they looked about the same size to me

Really?? In every shot I saw he was boxing out Lyles and grabbing rebounds. The Euro looks slightly taller but similar bulk.

Aldemar is on the Turkish national team and 3 years older than Lyles. Has a little more body control and feel for the game. He is also a great rebounder. Look at his rebounding numbers for the other 2 games in this summer league. As for size I thought they were really close
 
he's a "mobile 4." He's not a tweener, but rather someone who can develop into a good version of positionless basketball. I know this is the team approved PR talk, but I believe it in this instance.

He also beat Okafor on the overtime tap. Not worried about Lyles size. Just needs to work on his body and strength and he should be a good player for this team.
 
I was impressed with the way he moved, but struggle to find a word to properly describe it. Graceful, fluid, smooth, gliding? Maybe it is best said that he moved like a professional. I was impressed seeing that, before he ever touched the ball.

Good hands, good handle, great awareness, great positioning. Nice looking shot.

Reminds me of Shane Batier, but obviously taller.

Sf or pf? I think he is a basketball player. He could probably guard both, and take advantage of either.
