It's All Good in the Hood! Prince of Threes!

I love that he isn't just a shooter. He can shoot 3's off the dribble. He can drive. He can hit a push shot in the lane. He can hit a 15 foot jumper off the dribble. He can dribble to both the right and left and pull up and hit shots. Amazing that he dropped so far.

He could be crazy good if he could add some Hayward-esque bulk and make his dribble a little more fluid. I do like that every dribble he takes he really pounds it into the ground like he is about to get into a jumper.

I just hope he works on his defense. If he can become an above average defender (no reason to think he can't) then watch out.

Exum is only going to get better, possibly best PG defender in the league
Hood-great size for a SG could be a good defender
Hayward-Great team defender and above average. Not lock down, but well above average and now strong enough to defend SF
Favors-Already a top 5 defender at PF, will only get better as he is able to focus more on that with Rudy at C
Rudy-Possibly the best defender in the NBA after about 25 starts. As crazy as it is to think, he will probably be better next year.

Love this as a starting 5. Great defensively, and more than adequate offensively, especially if Exum continues to develop.
 
Hood is turning into one of my favorite players to watch, after Gobert, then Hayward, Exum, Favors, Burks, etc, etc.
 
Really like that Hood/Booker screen at the arc that Rodney knocked down a couple of times. Hope that becomes a regular feature. I know his contract makes him a decent trade chip, but I hope they keep Booker. Dude is a strait up baller.
 
See, this is why I don't think the Jazz will draft Devin Booker, unless he's got some hidden ball skills we don't know about.
