Can't be too upset, we got beat by a REALLY good team that shot the ball well. We could have played better, but sometimes you have to tip your hat to the opponent.

Also, anyone else worried that the Jazz organization really botched the development of Kanter? Assigning Big Al as his mentor from the get-go was a major mistake. It feels like he can't decide if he wants to be Big Al, Dirk, or Paul Shirley.

Thought it was a decent effort. Can't leave Ariza and that other white dude wide open like that. Substitutions were a bit erradict and I'm not sure why we had hood guarding harden in the first half.

Booker looks great... Kanter was good in the first half, but at some point booker replaces kanter.

We missed a ton of open shots tonight... A few more go in and we are in business.

Can we please stop referring to Hayward as a max player. He got the max that was available to him not the max that a player can get paid. He is still getting paid much less than a "max player".

I have no idea why you are bashing on Hayward! He played an all around great game, with the exception of shooting... He has 8 rebounds and 7 assists, he was distributing the ball nicely and creating open shots... Just his own shots were not falling and the refs screwed him up on several non-calls... With that said... he needs to knock most of those open shots down!

You pretty much can copy and paste this exact sentence to describe Gordon Hayward's performance after 70-75 games per season...

Game was lost at the 3-pt line. Jazz shot 17%. The Rocket 52%. Bloody hell, can we not run teams off the 3-pt line?
And as much at it pains some, The Thriller was spot on. Hayward HAS to hit his shots. 3-11 is NOT good enough for a max player.

Exum getting yanked in the 1st was prett lame and Kanter played 15 minutes more than he should have. Need to tighten up the rotation and I don't think Kanter has more than a bit role. HE CANT SHOOT THREES. Just had to get that out for all the birdbrains on that wagon.

I think Kanter can shoot 3's, they just have to be in better rhythm and more open than what he has been taking. Seems like he hesitates each time he takes one.

I thought he was not nearly as bad as his stat line. He does a lot of things that don't show up. Yes...we know he is not a max player. We knew this before tonight. Time to get over it.
