If you are frustrated with your increasing insurance rates, you should talk to Trout. I'm going on record to say that TroutBum (or Dave, in the business world) did a very good job in working with me to find a good rate for both car insurance and renters insurance. Every time I asked him a question, he responded quickly and courteously.
