The Jazz didn't pick Machado up because he stinks. You could have made a case for Hudson but he isn't really that good either. Garrett has shown some promise but really how much is he going to help. If he can make a few jumpshots a game and dish out a few assists he will help the team. The Jazz need some reinforcement beyond this. No I am not getting impatient with the "rebuild". I just think the Jazz can/should win 20-30 games this season and still be running to get a top 3 pick. (I don't think the Jazz have to get the top pick to have a successful draft).

Jazz need a shooter. Marshall is not a shooter but heck maybe the Jazz will get rid of Lucas too.
Insider's short article mentions three potential replacements: Diante Garrett, Kendall Marshall and Jimmer Fredette. As I mentioned at the bottom of page three it looks like they will take a few days at least to work this out. A bit different vibe right now than the report that Garrett was a workout away from signing.

Yeah that was my point. Someone asked if it was Corbin's call to pick up Tinsley over Machado or Hudson. My opinion? It doesn't matter much. It's not like Corbin was wrong, i.e. passed up a superior player.

It might take a few days? Um, we've got a game tomorrow and as bad as Tinsley was, and he was bad (I mean he was really, really bad) he was still a better option then The Locust. Are you telling me we're suiting up Wednesday with only one PG, and that PG is John Locust the Third?
