I think he is a smart player, but he isn't someone who can lift an entire team

If the team is flowing, he can operate within that flow. If there is no flow, he can't make it flow.

Hardy coaches him differently than other guys. He gives him separate instructions. Clarkson usually doesn't pay much attention in the timeouts either like other guys. Maybe it's just because he knows the system/plays better but I don't know. I just don't get the idea that he's a big student of the game like Lauri or Sexton. He seems like one of those guys who just needs to do his own thing and score how it feels natural to him. He's a good 6th man.
