yup. on the heels of this season, he can almost name his price.
That, and the Lakers want him and might even have capspace. Atlanta will have cap space and will probably want to upgrade. And Washington, Chicago, Brooklyn all need centers and need to reach the salary floor.

Also, the era of small ball centers is probably kinda half-dead for contenders in the Jokic/Wemby era.

We’ll be lucky if we can keep him for less than $30 million a year. Jazz wildly misread this situation.

Are the Spurs having regrets for picking Harper over Ace yet?
And so it begins.

- "Dylan needs to wake up because these rookies are gaming him. He hasn’t showed anything better than Kon, Ace, and VJ."
- "We let Ace Bailey have his career high .. Derik Queen all over again. We may have messed up on the #2 pick"
- "Ace might have been the better choice because there’s no way Dylan should allow Jordan to play more minutes than him."

Ace next to Wemby and Fox would be sweet, ngl.

Tim MacMahon said the Jazz are interested in bringing Nurk back next season as backup. With the ways he’s playing I can see why. Back to back triple doubles. Unbelievable.

Are we really sure Kessler shouldn't be Nurk's backup?

It cannot be ignored that the half court offense of this team looks ten times better with Nurkic out there. Giving the ball to Walker doesn't make sense at all unless it's an open layup or dunk. And sometimes he can't even make those.
