Glad it's Jason and not Jarron. We're already thought of as the whitest team in the league, if it were Jarron, we'd also be thought of the gayest team in the league (thanks to Ameachi).

Are you already drunk enough to leave this comment? It's Monday... before noon (California time)... Damn.

This guy leaves a comment once every blue moon and this is the slop he graces us with today. Amazing contribution.

Honestly, given some of the background associated with our ownership the Jazz would probably benefit PR wise more than most teams if they had and supported an openly gay player on their team.

Welp, if Jason Collins is straight and Jarron Collins is gay, then we know that there is no correlation between how good of a ball player you are and sexual orientation.

Surprised that his brother is gay or that he came out?

The timing of this announcement is brilliant. Being 36, sucking and a free agent, chances were good nobody would offer him a contract next year. No way the NBA lets him go unsigned now. It could be viewed as the league being anti-gay. Jason guaranteed himself at least another year in the NBA.

Well he did go to Stanford.

You seem a little touchy about this subject. Thanks for sending this messsage:

"definitely one of the ten stupidest things ever said on this board. it well earned a rare neg rep from me."

I'm honored.

For what' it's worth, I couldn't care less about anyone's sexual orientation. I live in the Bay Area. In case you hadn't heard, there are a lot of gay people here.
