I thought it was iffy, but thought Hayward may have fouled on the same play. Not a huge deal to me. They didn't show the tech.

Which I think opens up the question of if he should have even been pulled. I know it's common practice to pull a key player once they hit 2 early but I think the pros of keeping him in at the point outweigh the con of picking up another.
