Yes. Look at Boston's defense last night. You always pressure ball and stay between ball and your man when off-ball.

He's actually a pretty good spot up shooter. He just won't commit to that role...

He'd rather see if he can get more assists than points in the game.

He is good but as you say, he just doesn't seem to know his role in the offense (where to be, what to do, when to shoot/pass...so frustrating)
