I was looking at the Cavs-Raptors box score last night and realized there are four players on the Cavs with Jazz ties: DWill, Korver, Richard Jefferson, and Dahntay Jones.
 
Jefferson has revived his career there, not sure why he didn't play that great in Utah. That Dwill/Boozer/Korver/Mehmet/Ak squad we had was championship quality if it wasn't for Kobe

How was he not good for the jazz?? He was good, it's just that no one liked him because he was old and not part of the future and we wanted the original core 4 to get more playing time. So in people's minds he was hot garbage but in reality he was pretty good.

Also we wanted to lose games. Not sure why you're butt hurt that he didn't play better

That was the year of the tank with JLIII leading the way.

Nah, Corbin was trying to win games and Jefferson was definitely ball-dominant in his system. Can't fault RJeff, he was still viable as a scorer but he was used wrong.

He was not good, he was terrible. What games were you watching? hahaha
 
Jefferson types have become obsolete. No matter how good they are offensively, you can't build a good defense around bugs that suck on D. Dumbest thing ever to scrape into playoffs with a team built around someone like Al.

45% from the field actually. Still Pretty good %

Didn't much of anything else but he did shoot good.

Jefferson wasn't going to make a team the year we signed him. He was potentially out of the league. He has thanked the Jazz many times for helping him 'revive his career'. At Utah, he redefined his career as a role player and became perfect fodder for the Cavs. There he has perfected it, sure, but he played a vital role as one of our only vets and as a decent shooter. I remember he helped us close a number of games that year and was a mentor for our squad. We probably helped him more than he helped us, but revived? That happened in Utah, and Cleveland was the beneficiary.
 
I have watched enough episodes of The Outer Limits to realize those four Cavs players are plants and their primary objective is for a Utah Jazz NBA Championship.
