I hope LeBron stays in Cleveland and they add Carmelo for the minimum. With their expiring contracts (Korver, JR and Hill) they could probably swing some trades.

Unfortunately it won't happen. There are already leaks that ORL is going to match any offer and IMO it's not worth risking all our free agents or a pick in order to try to catch a bluff.

Article yesterday said $24+ without dumping Burks and I have read others that say more. What am I missing? Couldn't we use the space like Dallas then sign the fillers?

Doesn't really matter. We aren't just dropping all those guys for a shot at LBJ, Gordon, etc.

I find it interesting that we haven't heard a peep about Thabo's $5.25 team option. DL must be working all options and angles before making that decision.

He is getting 40 million per year at his age though. Missed out is a weird way to put it. Is anyone else in the nba making 40 million per year?
