It's not easy. No one has cap room and Burks can barely get of our bench he's so mediocre but some team will take hi because he showed something for a game or two? I don't buy it. If he was so freakin' good, we'd play him. More importantly, we'd have to renounce all these guys before even attempting to sign George. Which is a pipe dream and a half btw.

Teams do have room. He is a bad fit here and everyone knows that. But like I said worst case you throw in a pick which is worth it.

We would not have to renounce all of them first. We would know if he was wanting to sign here and then make room .

I don't see him coming here but if he chose Utah that's how it would go down. That's pretty much always the case. Jazz would be looking to get things into place ahead of time but wouldn't pull the trigger until he agreed to sign.

Ron Mexico is right. It could be done. If we renounced everybody, we would have around $25-26 and we would need $30. The early decisions would be declining Thabo and dumping Burks. They would have to be done soon.

I still think we should say F it and offer Burks, Bradley and a 1st for Deng and Kuzma. The Lakers care more about Kawhi, LeBron and George than Kuzma. With those 3 stars, Kuzma's value only plummets anyway since he isnt going to get minutes.

And the dream for me is that LA fails in their attempt to get all 3.

My dream is that LA fails and destroys the good young core they've assembled in the process. I also dream of the Celtics GM playing bigger or better until he has alienated all the players, or at least shipped one particular player to New Orleans.

Why is Dallas so infatuated with Jordan when they can make a run at Capella first? Wouldn't it make sense for them to screw over Houston (making Rockets match a max on Capella) before getting Jordan?
