I think Jabari is gonna end up in Sactown, but if Jazz could get him at the MLE, then great.

We wouldn't pay huge money for Parker.
If we let Thabo go (which we should no doubt do anyway), then agree to sign Exum for let say $7 or $8, we could feasibly offer Parker something in the $12-15 range. If he accepts, we might be deciding between Udoh and Jerekbo.
I wouldn't give Parker more than $15. But, he is a gamble worth taking on a 2+1 deal. If he works, he could be our missing piece. Favors is not our missing piece.

We have Crowder, Jerekbo, Ingles, O'Neale and maybe even Thabo too who can play PF. We have Udoh and Bradley to backup Gobert.

Neither is Parker if he can't play. Exum's injury history scares me. Parker's is worse by a Utah County mile. I'd rather have both and let the fates decide if we had to. But as of right now, I do Favors without question.

Favors > Udoh AND Bradley right now.
The only one who makes sense as a starting 4 might be Crowder, but only in spot minutes really. He's a natural 3 on the court with capability to do some PF. Royce is the same, but he'll get thugged by larger 4s. I see your point, but losing Favors is a regression for this team unless a reliable answer is set to swap him. Parker is a HUGE gamble and not likely to pay off. I get he's not a starting 4 on a championship team, but you don't cut of a leg because it has cramps.

Of course Favors is better than Bradley and Udoh. But are we really paying him $12 to be an awesome backup C?
Just look at our roster, and we have the following "scorers" - Mitchell and Rubio. Ingles is a solid scorer. Favors, O'Neale, Crowder, Exum, and Gobert arent scorers. We need another scorer.

Without doubt do we need a another scorer or two. But you can't replace Favors at the 4 unless there is someone better or he demands a stupidly huge contract. Anything else is simply a regression and, frankly, our roster bleeding has to stop at some point.

From DL’s interview on 1280 this friday, it seemed pretty clear Thabo was in the future plans and is sort of seen as our Trevor Ariza.

If someone gets cut, sounds like it’ll be Jerebko or Udoh.
With the guys we are rumored to be looking at all being stretchy bigs (Parker, Bjelly, Bertans), I’d guess Jonas may be the odd one out.
