Can nobody on this ****ing team besides Hayward made a completely wide open jumpshot?

No wonder we suck at assists despite passing so much.
 
Hayward plays well against the team who tried to steal him from us. Interesting.

It's nice to see Gobert looking like his old self.

If the rest of the teams shows up in the second half we should win this game.
 
It's not like the Hornets are some great team. They're about the same talent level as the Lakers.

I just don't get how Quinn has been here a year and a half and can't get an offense set up. Not the kind where we get open jumpshots, as our players clearly can't make them, but the kind where we get easy shots around the basket. I miss Jerry. Three-pointers are a load of crap.

Hell, even if only burke and hood show up in the second half to compliment Hayward and Gobert we will win.

Any of Lyles, booker, cj, ingles, withey showing up is just the icing

They're far more talented than the Lakers

Easy shots around the basket are created in large part by spacing the floor. If nobody can make wide open shots, then the other team has no incentive to come out of the paint.

Lyles looks like he was out disco dancing last night. Sadly, he's playing better than Booker so far. And I'm thinking Gobert would do a better job of guarding Walker than Neto is. It's pretty bad.

They're significantly better than the Lakers. They don't have stars but they all are veteran NBA players. The Hornets have a better offensive efficiency and defensive efficiency than us this year.
