Most NBA teams have better point guard situations than the Jazz and don't need to take that into consideration. The Jazz have two young guys that need time, hence why they are trying to keep Raul Neto away as well. Why do the Jazz fear having a white point guard?

It has nothing to do with his skin color. It has everything to do with that he is not an NBA quality player. Plus he would be hugely polarizing on the Jazz due to where he played.
