I dont think rudy has looked good so far.
This is Goberts 7th season. So far this is his second worst season from the field (50%. Only his rookie year was worse) and worst season from the line (25%) and 2nd worst season getting to the line (2 attempst per game. Only his rookie year was worse).
Worst year of his career by far for blocks (0.5 per game).
Worst year of his career by far for turnovers (3.5 per game)
Worst year of his career for committing fouls (4 per game)
Worst year of his career for rebounding per 36 (11.8)
Worst year of his career for points per game per 36 (7.7)

Statistically Ruby Gobert is having the worst year of his career by far. Its obviously a small sample size and i dont expect him to continue his poor play, but so far he has sucked.

Good was probably a stretch, but I do think he's looked pretty dang good on D (even by his standard) and the offensive issues I'd put a lot onto the guards.

Rebounding in particular I wouldn't focus on too much (his defensive rebounding seems good as ever), the offensive end feels like a strategic choice to me, as now we only have the one big we really need him to focus on getting back on D.

I have told myself that I’m just happy for any wins in the first ten games, so I’m sticking by that broad idea. Last night only makes sense given the circumstances, although the Lakers deserve some credit for just playing really well last night.

I’m encouraged where the defense is at, Mitchell, and Mudiay.
