This is exactly how I feel.

I think Hayward and Burks are the favorites.

I still think kanter will be very good offensively too, and have him next.

Then favors and trey

I think if I didn't have the suspicion the kanter will be traded, then I think he would be a candidate for lots of points as well.

Burks.

Hayward still has the most responsibility on the court with many things to do including play-making. Burks will play with sheer attacking mentality. If he can improve his already-kinda-decent-long-range-shooting a bit more, he might even go beyond 18 ppg which was nothing but his per36 last season.

But it's all about how he will play within Quin's system and how many minutes he will get.

I would conceded Burks for sure if I knew he was able to get his FT% in the low 80's rather than the mid 70's.

balance....exactly....

Kevin Love put up 25ppg and 10rpg? last year and guess how good his team was?

If we find a good balance we can win many games.

It´s hard to play basketball with "obvious unselfishness" when you have lots of selfish ballhandlers like Burke, Burks and Hayward. Favors and Kanter could score a lot of points, when they would play more pick and roll and keep feeding the Big-Man inside. I hope their will be balance, between going inside and chuking outside shots. Derrick learned a few moves behind the back, thanks to Big-AL, he will be more useful offensively this year.... but he will not get the opportunity if Burke wants to score 18+ points.

This is a tough call. I think it will come down to who wants it the most.

Top 5

Hayward just got married so that should save him some time while the other dudes are at the club.

Who will lead us to the promised land this year?

by "promised land", who promised it and what land were they talking about?? To me that means a championship and in that case I didn't see a 32 year old Michael Jordan as a part of list. If "promised land" means a 30 game win season than I would say, either Favors or Hayward.

He's long odds to be the top scorer this year, but i just want to say how excited i am to see Favors on the offensive end this year. He's looking confident and strong.

Agree. Favors is becoming a threat on both ends of the court. Spacing and better outside shooting should open up the inside for Derrick. We don't need him to average 20 pts/per. But I think 16/10 is a real possibility.
