Jazz - Nuggets: Round 1

Hardest thing for us right now is defense. We have to make a difference on the defensive end of we want to have any chance at this.

So far it's looking like a sweep.

Our two biggest FA acquisitions are both off the court and could likely net us a combined zero playoff games this year. They were brought in for this moment and they're absent.

Asking a lot for this group to get 4 out of 7 with a team as deep as DEN, but DM doing his best so far.

So apparently the curse of the Harpring has reared its ugly head as we cannot buy a layup.

Way to finish the half Donovan! Gives us a tad bit of momentum going into the break.

Jazz need to stay home on the perimeter and just stay aggressive.

Man think how good we'd feel if we were starting Bojan and he was getting open jumpers and Conley was playing backup minutes and Mudiay was out of the rotation. We'd be in pretty good shape.

Rebounds and turnovers are even. That's a good sign. The Jazz are contending with the Nuggets' size.

It's become a shooting contest that the Nuggets are somehow winning at the moment.

Not an atrocious first half - game is still competitive despite not shooting particularly well and DEN killing us from deep.

Biggest issue is that we really need DM and Clarkson to be on fire all game to contend with DEN simply having more shooting options. That's going to be a tall ask.

Put Brantley and Morgan on Jokic in the 3rd quarter. Body him up. Piss him off. Irritate him. Save Gobert's fouls and impact for the 4th.

It's en vogue to call white people racist right now. Might as well do it on national television.

Let me clear up what you're trying to say.

It's en vogue to call racist white people racist right now. I'm glad for that.
It's pretty taboo to ever call a racist minority racist which isn't right. But at least we got the above going in the right direction.
