Snyder talked about how he wants his team to defend while in imbalanced fastbreak situations — by fouling. He wants his team to foul up top before the offense gets into a shooting area. That will give time for the rest of the team to come back to the ball on the inbounds pass. This, by the way, is exceptionally boring, and I wish the NBA would prohibit intentional fouls in order to prevent these fastbreaks from being so easily foiled.

It seems like they hyped this event a lot more in the past. This year I didn't even know it was happening until after it was over, and based upon the attendance (2,100), I don't think I was alone in that category.
I could swear I read something about a month ago that said they weren't going to have an open practice this year because of travel schedule complications or something.
Injuries to Hayward and Favors already? Beat up in preseason?
