Jazz Play Houston Today

Rudy with 12 PTS on 71% FG, 14 REB, 4 BLK, 2 STL, 1 AST

Don't forget the L. We better find a way to get, um, better pretty soon or he won't want to stay. Good thing we locked him down for a few more years already.

Don't worry, others will see it soon enough. Frank and I have been carrying this flag for a while now.

You carried the flag when you referred to George Hill as one of the "old guys" we got, and told us how he wasn't really going to help that much?

Nobody's right all the time. I'm happy for George Hill and happily admit I was wrong about him (which I have said all along, more than happy to be proven wrong on that point). I was right about Diaw however. And about Snyder having no discernable offensive or defensive scheme.

You really are an insecure little guy aren't you? Seems like half of your posts are trying to prove people wrong about something or puff yourself up. You need a hug bro?

Did some people not notice Hill and Favors are out with injuries?

It's as if people expect to be missing 2 starters and have it not affect the team.

Agreed, and hayward is nowhere near 100% - u really cant judge this team until they are all back and fit

I still think people are wrong about Diaw. How much did you watch the Spurs play? He was instrumental in their NBA title a couple of years ago. I saw him play this summer and he definitely still has game. I think, for one, he is injured, and two, needs time to acclimate to the rest of the team. He can hit the three, despite what it seems so far this year. He did it with regularity for the Spurs.

Glad to see you eating crow. Too bad you had diarrhea at the same time.

2 years is a long time at his age... and level of fitness. He didn't have a half step to lose.

The lakers officially have a better record than us now

I said the Lakers would be title contenders before the Jazz and many around here laughed BUT YET AGAIN I am looking right, I have been right about Quinn also. I said he wasn't a very good coach and he is proving my point.lol, I love being right. Lakers have a better record because they simply have better prospects then the Jazz.

Actually his post is 100 percent on and correct. Favors and Hill are not all star alpha dog types. They are role players, good role players but not stars. He is right that the Jazz need a franchise type player. You keep telling yourself otherwise if that makes you feel better but no team with a team full of role players is going be legit contenders. It is just the truth and please don't respond with the Pistons because that was 1 team and Billups was a High Schoo lALl American who put up good numbers at CU and was the 3rd pick in the draft. Took him a minute to get to the top of his game but they called him Mr.Big Shot for a reason. This Jazz team doesn't even have a Billups.Been fun taking you to school, Thank you

You are normally a pretty good poster, yet this post reeks of casual fan who forgets Favors and Hill missing from this game. Not even going to mention 6 man Burks.

I'm just going to start predicting this every time I see anyone dismiss the impact of injuries to important players. Utah is in the top tier with GS, SA, and the Clips, when healthy.

Not going to forget you said Portland was the better team, either.;)

Hayward isn't an Alpha dog or an all star. Stars win in this league period. The Jazz are nothing but a jump shooting team and they don't have anyone that can break down off the dribble anytime they want.
