Or any of the other injured and/or underwhelming players picked ahead of him. My point is be patient.

I'm with ya. So was Seattle jazz fan. He was bashed for saying exum had not played real competition and would not be very good really on.
People were drinking the koolaid and watching exum highlight videos ave talking about his speed, athleticism and comparing him to kobe, penny, etc

My point was that before the season started (after we drafted exum) some of us were saying that exum was going to be bad early on due to not having played against anyone.
Others were talking about all these big time tournaments that he dominated against all these great players and how he was going to be blowing by guys and using is size and athleticism to get to the rim and what not.
