and the draft is not the end. There is still the possibility of trades and FA's. I booed the Hayward pick last year because I thought that was the end of thier roster moves. This year I'll be more patient.

It took me about 1 hour to like the Hayward pick. I can pretty much make myself like anyone.
Even if we pick Vesely I will slowly talk myself into getting excited for his dunking ability, length, size, and potential he brings to the team.
I didn't actually boo the Hayward pick. It was more like a gasp, suspended disbelief, and a series of WTFs...

Same here. I mean I can rant as furiously as I want when the pick is made but at the end of the day he will be a Jazz man and I will find a way to get excited about the pick.

I think that's how most people are.
At that moment I was disappointed not because I thought Hayward wasn't good, but just that I thought Davis and Patterson were better.

I hear you. The only name that would be tough to get even remotely psyched about would be T. Thompson. 6'9" guy that does nothing outside of 10 ft. Anybody else in the top 13-15, I could easily talk myself into. Also some would obviously be much easier than others.
