Forgot that. He looked decent, though I didn't pay attention on D.

I saw Kanter make several solid defensive plays. He seemed much more engaged on that end of the court than he was last season (at least, the last several months).

The defensive effort against JP was embarrassing... especially when he got through the first level and confronted Gobert. I would have thought the big Frenchman could have stuffed that kid easily, but it was almost as if Rudy wanted the opposing team to score.

I don't know. I think he does it as a mannerism. Kobe and MJ always did the same thing so maybe he is trying to emulate?

I think so too. Doesn't seem to dog it a whole lot, just bends over grabbing his jersey or pants at every stoppage.

really glad i didnt stay up for this one. i was considering staying up all night, and calling in tomorrow. my giants lost game 3 in NLDS and the jazz scrimmage seems to have been pretty boring. id be one sad cookie if i choose to stay up right now. anyone know if the pre-season game tonight is televised?
