I think they want more of a pro in the locker room, IF he even makes the actual roster (I’m not sure he does). Also, maybe signing a camp deal is something Hassan feels is beneath him. Or maybe he is just OUT on Utah.

Right now his competition is two raw centers. He's likely one of our tank commanders. I hope we do pick him up because he's a good fantasy player when he plays.
