I know we passed a lot last year too. We used Favors/Kanter as a swing man at the top of the 3pt line a lot more than most teams did plus we had no star that dominated the ball.

Nope they are leading the league in turnovers! What is Quinn doing maybe if they do not give ball to other team they will not have worst defenses in NBA! Quinn needs to take control of this team hes clearly lost it.

This. Since we are passing the ball WAY more than the league average, it makes sense we'd have more turnovers. It'll get better, but for now the passing itself is a great thing. It means they're a team. This is why our scoring has been balanced - sharing the ball.

Through 4 games, Utah is averaging 15.2 TO's. Is that too high? Yes, I'm sure Quin would like to cut that down to 12 or less. But how does that compare to the rest of the league? Unless I'm reading these stats wrong...Jazz are actually 13th in the league on a per game basis. Not only are they not the WORST, they're in the top half of the league in FEWEST TO's.
I know who has clearly lost it and his name isn't Quin.

I see a lot of broken promises. Quin promised that the main focus this year will be on defense. In reality, Utah is the 4th in the offensive efficiency and 29th in the defensive efficency (we are worse than last year but, mercifully, the Lakers are so horrible that they fell below us). Snyder has never been a good defensive coach and it shows. Considering that we lost devensive liabilities in Williams and Jefferson, while giving solid minutes to Exum and Gobert ... bad, just bad.
And, in case someone points out that we played good offensive teams - yes, we did, but our defense so far has been on another level of sucktitude. I looked up the opponents effective FG% on basketball reference: 62% for Kanter, 61% for Burks, 57% for Hayward and Burke. To put it in perspective, in 2013-14 season only 10 players had the eFG% of 57% or higher. LeBron had 61%, Curry - 57%. So, so far Kanter and Burks' opponents played on the LeBron's level, and Hayward and Burke's - on the level of Curry. This is totally unacceptable.

Well done though <12 is asking a bit much. That would've placed us first in the league last year with fewest turnovers per game, especially when you consider the fact that Quin wants us to pass so much and run as much as possible.
