Got to respect Towns in that interview. He cares about winning. Losses affect him. He is the anti-Dwight Howard.
I have no doubts he will be a pain in our side for years to come.
 
Someone needs to create a killer game thread for tonight's game against the Rockets.

PG_AB did a great job with one maybe he'll hook us up again.

I'm so STOKED on the jazz right now. Those 4 straight losses were like knives to my soul. On the flipside these 3 straight victories feel like crossing the gates of heaven. (what would a title feel like...?).

Let's make it 4 in a row, completely erase that losing streak, and get pay back on the Rockets. Plus watching clutchfans cry would be fun.

There was a few minutes in the fourth where the team get pounding it into him, and he would find cutters every-freaking-time.

It reminded me of this guy on twitter who talked about how Golden State is unique in that the team rewards cutters by actually feeding them the ball every time they cut. A lot of reasons why many players cut lackadaisically is because of the knowledge that it's probably operating as a decoy, and the player won't actually feed them if they rip around.


Not the case with Diaw. The passes he was threading last night blew me away. I hope he continues to get healthy and keeps this level of play up/

Utah only has 3 games vs Houston and they're already 0-1, so a loss here could be worth 1½ in a tie-break scenario.. Big game. At the very least I'll post a gamethread girl.

What a change from last year, this game would have been a loss last year. Instead, a pretty comfortable win. A couple more made 3s and it would have been really comfortable.

It is also great that exum has G Hill to learn from.
