Jazz to do Arena upgrades

Then GTFO if you think so poorly of them.

Is your point to complain and annoy everyone else with your worthless turd of a post?

I never can go USA but I always think it's try for say want you want to cause freedom. He can have right be mad and not just be happy! You can control this place and yell him GTFO!!!

Plan: use a small percentage of the revenue stashed through penny-pinching for in situ development
Desired Result: fan base thinks we're not hyperconservative, because.... well obviously cuz look at these fancies.

I really like the arena as it is. I think the new big screens made a huge difference with how the arena felt.
Maybe add some sort of decor in the front to make it feel fancier?
I agree. The arena is currently pretty awesome and games are more affordable than many other places. I worry that if they make to big of a change to the arena then prices will go up.
To me low ticket prices > fancy arena.

Since Gateway has been struggling, do something to connect the arena with it. Pedestrian bridge, that kind of thing. Open up more of the block for use by the Jazz, so build something in that southwest corner area or northwest corner.

Leaves more opportunity for restaurants and other stuff to be enclosed within the arena itself.
Gateway would probably be willing to pay for the right to do this one. It would be great.

I actually like this idea quite a bit. Buildings in Europe are super old but no one notices the ones that have style and look nice. Hope they go in that direction a bit.

I imagine a huge part of the focus will be on adding more suites. That'll be fine and dandy for people in suites and the lower bowl but it'll push the upper bowl further away.

I heard the company doing the remodel will be the one that did a remodel in Sacramento. I think it was Sacramento, anyway. So, anyone know what their arena looks like post-remodel?

The company has dealt with the Cubs, Kings, Bucks and others. They have some experience in professional sports remodels.
