Jazz trade Damian Jones to Cavs

Yeah, this probably isn't any deeper than we have no need for Jones and someone is willing to just take him.
 
Not a surprise with 3 guys in Kessler, Collins and Olynyk that can play center. Seems like a long sf would be the target. Maybe Jalen McDaniels. I also would love to make a deal with the rockets for Kenyon Martin.
 
As I said , Jazz starting to trade bodies .

The guy we should be looking at is Jock Landale from suns , who was made unrestricted yesterday .

Had himself a great playoffs run , to the point Ayton was benched .

This feels like a move before a move.

Tony Jones says it's about getting the roster down to 15 players. I thought we were already at 15 or less but I just confirmed.

What am I missing here... Looks like we have roster spots. I don't see us at 15.

We have the 3 non guaranteed contracts… jones was just gonna be insurance so we jumped an at offer to dump him for nothing. I still doubt Luka or Carey make the roster unless we have another consolidation trade which is possible or the ball out in summer league.
 
I will say of all the random minimum guys we’ve had Jones was one of my favs. Super bouncy and fun… never missed a corner three… surprised he hasn’t made a bit more of his career.
