Not necessarily, but does seem to be done for the season.

100%. Deciding to throw in the towel at the deadline is counterproductive. I hope at some point we decide to add talent instead of picks.

The way Ochai was being used towards the end of last season was completely different this year. That messed him up I think. Hopefully my guy does big things in Toronto.
