I watched a good chunck of the Blazers - Clippers game last night. Brick city. I forgot how bad pre-season basketball can be.

Since one of our favorite past times on here is to compare Jazz players to other players the Jazz might have acquired instead, I thought it would be fun to look at what teh Jazz doppelgangers did last night so that we know which of the Jazz-men to pounce on to-nite.

Dennis Schroeder (trey) went 2-6 in 20 minutes off the bench. he scored 4 pts, 2 reb, 2 ast, 1 stl. Setting the bar pretty low for Trey.

Jonas Valuncuncius (Enes) Started and played 27 mins. Shot 5-7 for 10 pts. 10 Rebounds, 2 blks.

Demarcus Cousins (Derrick Favors) 23 minutes, 2-10fg, 9 pts. 4 reb, 2 blks.

Alex Len (Jazz couldn't have got him, but it was hard to find anyone else to compare to Rudy G.) 16 mins, 7 pts on 3-7 shooting. 6 rebounds, 1 blk.

Jimmy Butler (Alec Burks) started, played 26 minutes shot 3-7 scoring 9 points. He had 3-4 fts, 3 rebs, 3 stls and no assists.

Haywards nemisis didn't play last night. Go Jazz.
