I like the energy and defensive intensity he brings, but man he's turning into Elijah 2.0

Why? Some of the teams behind us have no incentive to lose, they don't have their pick or are fight for the playoffs. It could be an easy job and would get us a better asset that could be used to get a better player in trades.

I am pretty vanilla about it, though. I just present it as an option since I believe we are in no man's lands right now.

The way I see it the reward for tanking is not nearly big enough. There's a good chance that we end up with the same player either way. On the other hand, making the playoffs is a significant step for this team. What if they win a game? That would be a huge accomplishment against a GS or SA team. It's really a no lose situation because nobody expects us to be competitive with either of them.
