I just finished watching the replay of the game. I would just like to say wow! What a game, by everyone. The Jazz played hard from start to finish. Hayward was great, not good, great. Burke's new nick name should be general because he flat out leads! Favors and Gobert really played well. Can't say enough good things about the team tonight.
The one thing I did notice on the replay was how many cheap shots the Clippers took in that game. Barnes is a dirty player. He was pushing people from behind and flat out hitting them. Chris Paul and Blake got away with more hand slaps and fouls and two hand pushes from behind on rebounds. To make it worse they were always complaining about being fouled and Doc was really crying to the refs. If the league were to watch this game with a critical eye (and they wont) some of the cheap shots deserved fines IMO.

Jazz need to win if they want to start getting calls. Of course, being the most physical team will mitigate that because punk teams won't want the fight.

WE all wanted some nasty and Booker is bringing it. Along with Hayward enjoying his "bully" moniker, I think we're seeing a new toughness come to this team. Buckle up!
Not to mention Gobert. He's nasty on dunks and boards.

Yep, should have included Rudy. That's an embarrassment given my name. Gobert is a competitor and I don't see him backing down against anyone. Also Burke has some fire in him. Jazz already have a completely different identity from last season.

I really wish Favors would play like this more often. It just seems like he doesn't push his limits enough. He is too damn nice. He needs a streak of mean. He needs to go out there every night with something prove. He needs to believe that he is better than cousins and that he is pissed that he didn't get an NT invite. I know the mantra is team team team but if I was Snyder I would tell Derrick that he needs to think a little more me me me.
