Jazz Waive Wolters, Sign Naz Long to 2-Way Deal

Plus, I'm sure the Jazz try to run some version of their offense w/ the Stars, which is probably a more complicated offense than the average G-League team. Combine that with G-League players not staying with one team for long, it probably makes playing for the Stars harder than other teams.

It's short for Nazareth - where baby Jesus was born.

You're gonna burn dude, lol..

The Nazarenes rejected Christ... so I’m okay... at least on that.

The Stars suck and it seems to me waiving Wolters and Griff shows a real lack of talent evaluation on the front end.
Not sure this says much about their ability to evaluate talent. It's the g-league you keep rolling the dice until you find something that may be useful in the nba. Majority of the time they are not going to be an nba player.

Probably. Naz is a weird signing, though. It's not like he's lighting up the league. A SG who is 37%/30%. And it's not like he's a young prospect. He's 24.
DL really failed to put together a decent GLeague team. Doesn't speak well of his ability to a) judge talent and b) the player development program he's touted.
At some point, because of injuries, trades, free agency, having a few decent players developing in the GLeague could become important, especially now that you just can't pluck the best players and sign them to 10-days. Most of the best Gleaguers now have their rights owned by the parent club.
Lmao. Find a valium. Eat it.
