"Pistol" Pete Maravich!

One of the most prolific scorer and passers in the game of basketball!

He averaged 44 points a season in college. 44 Points!!! Also, he had in the gym range! Pistol was creative and fun to watch. When I was a kid I watched his documentary. After watching it, I fell in love! I loved Pistol so much that I named my dog after him!

Most of his career was spent being played without a three point arch, but in the end of his career it was there. Pistol averaged 67% from behind the line. He wasn't going to shoot the three often, but when he let it go he was going to make it.

He might not be the greatest defender, but he stood at 6'5"... I think he would be fine in today's NBA.


Damn. Nice pick. I wanted people to forget about him.

He reminds me of Nash a little, but taller. One of the older guys I like a lot. Great shooter. Not really athletic though. Players these days would slow him down. But he would still be a good player in this era.
