Rationale:
We feel we need a real PG off the bench that lets Penny slide over to the SG (or take a breather) and still run the team with pace.
Tim Hardaway's numbers are comparable to or better than Deron Williams', making the original Hardaway a relative value pick in the 7th round.
We looked at Iverson, but the shooting percentages and assist numbers just weren't there.
