with the 28th pick in the 2015 nba draft the Dallas mavericks select Christian wood out of UNLV.
a project for sure but if it hadn't been for an early season injury he would be going much higher. he needs to add weight and lower body strength but he is a stretch big and hopefully a future replacement for nowitzki.

Damn, can you imagine him in a small lineup Curry, Thompson, Barnes, Vezenkov, Green! 5-wide! raining 3s! No rim protection whatsoever, but the offense would be super fun.
