Not really. I don't think he really moves the needle that much for us anyways. This team simply has a lot of holes right now and Jeff Green isn't going to mask that.
I still think there is more to him leaving then just not playing well.

As Conley said, you need a PHD to learn Utah’s playbook whereas Houston’s system is just school yard ball played at a higher level. One is freewheeling, one is not. Snyder wanted Green to be more of a strong arm defensive stopper 4 ala Favors and Green is just not built that way. He also never had a green light in Utah like he does in Houston. How do you give Green a red light?
My biggest concern is that we do such a poor job of recruiting players that are compatible with our needs (causing players to look bad) that this leads to fewer willing to sign with us.
