I agree, I like him a lot. How much would you be willing to give for him though? I'm just saying I would do it for a reasonable price in a heartbeat.

Tell me. How in the world would Gessy know whether or not the Jazz will be active? I bet DL himself wouldn't even know that.

It's all just talk by DL to appease the fans and keep ticket holders continuing to spend money. We've been fed the "financial flexibility" crap for 5 years. Even back in Deron's last season, the big FA signings were Raja Bell and Francisco Elson, IINM. I'm not holding my breath for anything other than selling Booker for a 2nd-round pick and signing Toure Murry.

We are right at the floor... if we don't spend more it's in part because the Millers are penny pinching. We spend so little compared to how good we are... at least in those other years we were above the cap and there weren't obvious deals we could do to improve the team... at least not in the abundance they currently are.
 
Someone saying a team will be active trade talks is the most non-story ever. Every team says they are talking and have their ears open all the time.

I agree. I like Jody, but he isn't Woj. Just thought it was interesting... It made the Hoopshype page so you know its legit.
 
Word at the Sandy Best Buy is that we might trade Elijah Millsap for a 2nd round pick and that 2nd round pick for a 2nd round pick.

Jeff Teague (Atl)-Have a potential starter on the bench, FA this off season.

Could the Jazz move Lyles(lotto pick on reasonable deal) for Jones or Anderson? Then package Booker/Burke for Teague? Jazz could add picks to make a deal work.
