I think you would have to get the tshirt custom made, but I think there are restrictions on using the team name, I don't know if the same restriction applies to using the team's home. So you could say UTAH on your tshirt and people might know what it meant, unless the Jazz got sold to another city because the millers were subsidizing it with their other businesses. Maybe you make the tshirt now and enjoy for what it is.
