Wow. I was harsh up to that point. Thought he was just a guy and part of the management tank job. Completely changed my tune by the time the Jazz played Sacramento in April at home. Was watching Jingles mess around with the rookies in pregame and then play great, subtle defense all night long. Shot it well and distributed the ball too. Chirping at the Kings all night long. Fell in love with the guy and have never looked back. I'm glad that he's busted his *** to get better and is a long term member of the Jazz now.

It's been fun watching him go from end-of-the-bench guy to starter level player. Not sure how much of it is our development program and how much is just Joe working hard, but I'm glad we took a chance on this guy.

Both. And probably a little of Hayward. Hate to give him credit, but he was bff's with Joe and worked his butt off last off-season. Had to rub off a bit.

Should Joe's nickname be Emmet because he is so awesome?

He thinks everything is awesome when you're part of a team, he's funny, you think he's just a regular Joe but he turns out to be the hero, he likes the Aussie show "Where's My Pants", he acts like a goof but he ends up saving the world, and he invented the double decker bench so the team can be closer together during the game.

I think Joe is learning from Bojan to keep his mouth shut and just play ball. He looked great tonight! It's obvious he's got skillz when he doesn't get sidetracked flapping his yaps.
