He was dead tired by the end of the game and I was surprised they kept him in.Cody didn't have a good scoring night, but I like the 2 blocks, 3 steals and 4 assists. At least there's a pulse. A couple of those blocks were big plays.

He certainly showed more effort than Keyonte or Brice usually do. Overall, a really solid first game.I thought he was stout defensively, the feet aren't agile but I thought he held up well when defending against Harper. Thought Harper got bailed out on some calls.

Agreed. Even with his shooting off this game, he was consistently engaged. The shot needs some serious work, but he has some real tools on both ends (first step, length and defensive instincts).His biggest hurdle is his mental and an inability to consistently play hard. Frame/weight isn't as big an issue as those things.
Flip was the difference. Cody actually was a positive. The rest were meh.Haven't been able to watch yet, but I see from the +/- stats that the Jazz starters from this game destroyed the Spurs starters. That's gotta be encouraging.
