I mean, Conley can barely move on defense as can Donovan. You are forcing Rudy to defend an unimpeded drive AND the corner 3. If Rudy can't do that, no one can.

He has limitations.
If I were his coach then I would try to do something to counter when the other team makes those limitations glaring.

It’s on both... Rudy showed no fire... he didn’t bother the plays at the rim he needed too and we conceded wide *** open threes. Rudy will never be all defensive first team after this... it’s the third or fourth time his defense and the limitations have been exposed.

No our kryptonite for the past 2 seasons is and has been perimeter defense. We knew it. Everyone knew it, and the final concrete proof is we let a career 7 ppg wing go for 40.
