I think he is referring to Elijah Millsap. He's the only one I know of in the D-league.

Elijah went to camp with the Lakers but ended up getting cut. He can score, but of course the D-League is not the NBA. I've wondered why the Jazz haven't shown interest in him though. We certainly know the Millsap work ethic.

There's gotta be something other than scoring and rebounding that the NBA doesn't like about him.
