Harris wasn’t my choice but I can give you five things about her that I like.

  • She can be tough on crime. Tulsi Gabbard effectively ended Kamala’s Presidential campaign by listing off how tough she was on crime which played horribly with the base at that defund-the-police moment in time. In the first 3 years of being DA, the San Francisco conviction rate went from 52% to 67%. She did that IN CALIFORNIA! IN SAN FRANCISCO!!! Have you seen videos of how bad San Francisco has become since she left?

  • Kamala Harris is smart but isn’t overly hesitant to act as many smart people can be. There is no “paralysis by analysis”.

  • If a better idea comes along, Kamala Harris will drop the old idea and pick up the new one. She isn’t tied to one way of doing things and adapts quickly. Enemies use that to paint her as hypocritical or wishy-washy but if you actually look at the position she held before, and the position she switched to after, the ‘after’ position is better. Her initial instincts aren’t always solid but her pivots usually are.

  • Kamala is a very good political operator. She started from nothing and clawed her way all the way into being Senator for the most populous state in the Union before becoming Vice President. That doesn’t happen if you aren’t good at swimming with sharks.

  • Her handling of the southern border. That job is the Kobayashi Maru and her boss made it 10 times worse before publically telling everyone that Kamala would solve it. Conservative Media plays a constant drum beat about Kamala not going to the border as if she’s a construction worker crazy good at building fences or expecting her to splash her face with blue paint as she rides a horse back and forth in front of border enforcement while galvanizing them to fight for freedom. No, she set about reducing the flow at the source and undoing the damage her boss did. Kudos for that.
Kamala Harris also has a number of drawbacks which I’m sure you know. She isn’t the total package but she is nowhere near as bad as the picture many draw.

Lol Kamala is smart? She can't even answer simple basic questions about the border. She thinks rural people can't get IDs because there's no Kinkos. Not only is that absolutely insulting it's bigoted by definition.

Rumor has it via a whistleblower that these bully reports are being linked because she's too stupid to run the country and we all know your Dictator president, who has early onset dementia is going to be forced out soon.

Seeing how american workers are aging, bring on more caravans! If we hope to remain competitive economically, we should be encouraging immigration.

The fact that they handed Harris the train wreck that is the immigration problem makes me think they don't want her to be a viable candidate for the D nomination in 2024.

No matter what she does the vast majority of the country is going to think she is either not strict enough or not compassionate enough.

If Americans had more than a single brain cell they’d recognize that our economy depends on immigration. Without immigration, good luck competing with Asia or the EU economically. Who’s going to nurse boomers now that they’re entering nursing home ages? Who’s going to grow and pick the crops in California? And all those cute handouts like social security and Medicare, good luck trying to pay for them without the hard work of immigrants.

Contrary to what MAGA believes, we’re not returning to a mythical past where one can happily work at a steel mill and afford single family housing because we deport the immigrants and build a damn wall.
