I once was benched in favor of the coach's son, who sucked. I hated basketball for a while after that.

A huge thank you to the @utahjazz ,my teammates, coaches and the amazing #JazzNation for the last four years... You were all awesome!
If you don't think that starting doesn't mean anything to these guys then you know nothing about the NBA
On a night that should be a chance for us to pay tribute to Hot Rod, instead it will be overshadowed by this pieceof**** *******.
I get the bitching about Corbin and all, but what exactly was Kanter's excuse for not giving it his all when the Jazz got Snyder? He was playing starter minutes, had the 2nd highest USG% on the team, and he and his agent even came out of there way to both say they really liked Snyder and his staff.
A combination of not starting and also finally being utilized in OKC has only reinforced how he was underused and mismanaged here.
Jazz fans, kanter is a hell of a player. Give him credit. He's the second best scorer right now on a playoff team
No wonder Utah was anxious to give Rudy Gobert more minutes. Kanter is a sieve against the pick-and-roll. He runs around and shifts his feet, but his timing and footwork are all wrong, and any top-level ball handler can blow by him into the paint. Several teams have already run the “go at Kanter on every possession” crunch-time offense, and that would figure to intensify in the playoffs. Oklahoma City is allowing 109 points per 100 possessions with Kanter on the floor, even worse than the league’s worst defense.
