Kerr Accepts Warrior Job

I suppose this mean Derek Fisher could be a potential new Jackson puppet. He can finally get closer to NY.

Smart move by Kerr. He had little chance of succeeding in NY. He was able to get what he wanted from the Dubs and is pretty much gift wrapped a good team.

Oh good! Another stupid franchise fires a successful head coach for a head coach in training!

Let's not follow this trend and go with someone who is proven, like Lionel Hollins. Turn Favors/Kanter into Gasol/Zbo.

Let's be honest about this- the Warrior's success is mostly depends on health. Will Curry and Bogut stay healthy?

Then why was everyone pining for Hornacek? He would have been a coach in training.

You can pretty much guarantee that one of Bogut or Iggy will miss a lot of time due to injury, but if they miss Curry and one of those guys at the same time, they are done for. Hopefully we will have an awesome lottery pick in 2017!

This decision had less to do with Jackson's ability as coach and more about his alienation of key figures within the front office.

Wow, some things I did NOT know about Steve Kerr. Have to admire him to deal with the adversity he went through. I vaguely remember that terrorist act back in 1984. But it's just a random name until it ties back to someone you know or someone famous like it now has. And incredible that he received what amounted to a "pity" scholarship from Lute Olson and turned that into a draft spot and a successful NBA career. I'm not sure I could have even functioned for a couple of years after having my father murdered.
