I gotta say i'm not happy. O'conner should have been the guy to rebuild this team. Looks like even he doesn't see it happening anytime soon.

WEll OConner did a good job of putting the new guy in a position to build the team the way he thinks it should be done. Now is a good time to step down considering that he pretty much left Lindsey a clean slate.
