Ryan Anderson seems like a better option from the Kings point of view.. he's a bit more proven than Kanter and is much more of a stretch 4.

I doubt the Pelicans trade him though.

You can tell that Stauskas has spent a lot of time working on his craft. He's extremely coordinated and talented.

I see a really good player down the line. He's gonna be one of the better shooters in the league.

If true, this is a "Mozgov" type situation. Rudy has simply grabbed Enes by the horns and tossed him aside. It's an immediate win-win for both teams, which is why I think it could have legs. Sac needs a PF and Utah needs a SG. Hope Utah gets more than just Stauskas. The draft is deep in bigs. Doesn't necessarily mean we shouldn't take Johnson, Russell, Winslow, etc., but jazz probably take a big if two players have nearly identical value when they pick.

Please help me understand why we waist valuable assets for Stauskas. We already have Burks Hayward Hood and X locked up. Hood will also be a marksman from 3 and has greater phisical attributes with good handles with more potential on defense and is longer and quicker. We need to consentrate more on getting a true stretch4 or a 3&D wing.

Yeah, it's not like lining Cousins up with Ryan Anderson is going to be Defensive Nirvana. Truth is that If Cousins is a defensive liability at Center, no Power Forward is going to fix that, especially one that would be available for Nik Stauskus.
