Toronto saves a bit of money, gets a good/European vet on a cheap contract as a 3rd string PG, and a big to replace Hayes.

Knicks probably don't get their second rounder in this deal, but get an expiring deal in Hayes and more cap room for the summer.

It's a tiny trade, but seems to help both teams in their current plans/structure.
